In small sauce pan, put your 1/2 stick of butter and 1 1/2 C brown sugar with approximately 1/4 C water and heat on low to medium heat until it is a syrup consistancy. DO NOT BOIL! Remove from heat.
In a fluted bundt pan, spray pan with olive oil and then pour in the caramel sauce that you've just prepared. Pour the pecans or walnuts over the top of the sauce. Open the cinnamon rolls tubes and place the cinnamon rolls flat on top of the nut/sauce mixture until you've used up all of the cinnamon rolls and press down slightly. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 to 25 mins depending on your oven. They will be a dark golden brown (do not burn) when they are done.
