  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water;set aside. Combine melted butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the beaten eggs and salt.
  3. Add two cups flour and mix. Then mix in the yeast and the rest of the flour.
  4. Let rise in a warm place until doubled and preheat oven to 375.
  5. Lay dough on a floured surface and roll out into a circle. Cut it into slices and roll up each slice from the big end to the little.
  6. Place on a greased cookie sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes.
