"These well seasoned chicken breast can be topped with any veggie you like! You can also add sauce to the bottom of the pan and serve over pasta. Marinate time can be skipped if your in need of a last minute meal but I suggest letting all the flavor sink in."

  1. Place chicken is a large bowl or zip bag add oil,salt,pepper,basil,onion and garlic powder. Mix well and refridgerate atleast 1hour. After chicken has marinated preheat oven to 375 F and spray a large baking pan. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl or bag and coat chicken pieces one at a time. Place in baking pan and top each piece with provolone then veggies and mozzarella over veggies. Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins or until juices run clear.
