"I threw a few things together to make a chicken burger. When we ate them my wife said they were so good she could cry... hence the name, the crying chicken burger. To top it off, its healthy."

  1. 1. Combine ground chicken, egg whites, Dijon mustard, Worcester sauce, ground flax seed, cayenne powder, Cajan spice, BBQ sauce, onion, and garlic. Using a potato masher works well.
  2. 2. Break the bread up into small pieces. Hand mix the bread pieces in.
  3. 3. Divide into 8 and make patties.
  4. 4. Cook on a George Foreman. Internal temp should be 165 degrees F
