  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil & saute leeks for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in peppers, add 1/3 cup of water, season with salt & pepper and cook for 6 minutes. Then add chives.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain & toss with sauce.
