  1. preheat oven to 350F.
  2. grease the inside of a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. soak farfel for 5 minutes in boiling water and drain. Empty farfel into large bowl.
  4. saute onions and mushrooms with seasonings (Rosemary, garlic and salt) in olive oil til onions are soft and translucent.
  5. Stir onion mixture into the Farfel.
  6. Slowly stir in the beaten eggs.
  7. Poor into baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350 for one hour.
