  1. 1. Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Remove from pan. Leave bacon grease in pan.
  2. 2.Trim the end off the brussel sprouts and remove any outer leaves that are yellowed/damaged.
  3. 3. Steam brussel sprouts for 6-8 minutes.
  4. 4. While the sprouts are steaming, saute the onions and crumble the bacon.
  5. 5. add steamed sprouts and bacon to the pan. heat for 1-2 minutes and serve.
