  1. Take salmon out of the fridge 20 minutes ahead of preparing, to let it warm up a bit.
  2. Preheat oven to 475 and when ready, place the butter in a glass baking dish and set in the oven for 5 minutes while you mix together the spices and apply them liberally to both sides of the salmon.
  3. Place the salmon onto the hot butter and bake for 3-4 minutes per side, being careful not to overcook it. (Salmon will continue to cook after removed from the hot oven.)
