  • Cook

  1. Brown ground beef and diced onions
  2. add spices sprinkles at a time. ( I make a pass of the width of the pan with the spices once then taste)
  3. drain
  4. return to skillet.
  5. pass spices over meat and onion mix... lightly!
  6. add 2 tbs catsup, 1/2 cup water, and worstershire sauce
  7. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until water is reduced, simmer on low stirring occaisionally.
