  1. 1. Finely chop mushrooms in a food processor or blender. Put it in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Chop walnuts so they are a coarser consistency than the mushrooms. Add to the mixing bowl with the mushrooms.
  3. 3. Add the mayonaise, tahini, garlic, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl with the mushrooms and walnuts. Mix all together until well blended.
  4. 4. Serve on a plate with warm pita bread.
