  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats (I chop mine in a food processor, so the oats are less noticeable, son doesn't like oats), baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
  3. 3. Add egg whites, applesauce and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. 4. Gently food in chocolate chips and dried fruit.
  5. 5. Drop by tablespoon full on to baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat.
  6. 6. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
