  1. Boil water in large pot.
  2. Dice bacon and fry in large skillet. Remove bacon from skillet and place on paper towel. Carefully pour out all the grease except for 1 TBSP.
  3. Put brussels sprouts in bacon skillet. Cover, cook for 10 to 15 mins and stir occasionally.
  4. While the brussels sprouts are cooking, cook tortellini according to directions.
  5. Put butter on brussels sprouts.
  6. Drain pasta, add eggs, and cheese.
  7. Add bacon to brussels sprouts. Add pasta. Toss to mix. Sprinkle with some more cheese if wanted, and enjoy!
