In a large dutch oven, brown hamburger with onion and garlic powder. Drain well and return to dutch oven. Stir in remaining ingredients except for the pasta and parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Add pasta, cover, and simmer, stirring often for about 10 minutes or until spaghetti is al dente. Serve immediately, garnishing with grated Parmesan cheese.
