  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl, set aside.
  3. Cream together margarine and sugars. Beat at high speed with mixer until the mixture is very light in color. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add orange juice, orange rind, and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture mixing until just blended. Add cranberries and walnuts. Mix to incorporate.
  4. Drop dough by teaspoon full onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment or a nonstick cookie sheet. Do not use a greased pan as the cookies will spread too much.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven 8 to 12 minutes. Do not over bake.
