  1. Seed peppers and cut into slices, lengthwise. Cut the slices in half if they are too long.
  2. Cut onions into slices, lengthwise.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the vegetables just until they start to soften.
  4. Season with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Serve.
