  1. Chop onion and green pepper. Crumble ground beef into fry pan and add onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until all meat is done. Drain fat. Combine all ingredients into large pot. (If you buy whole canned tomatoes, crush them by hand before mixing with other ingredients.) Boil gently for at least hour.
