Pound out Chicken breasts to about 1/2 in thick. Place 1/2 of a chili on center. Top with a tablespoon of pepperjack cheese. Roll up chicken breast and secure with 2 toothpicks. Refrigerate 30 mins. Pour egg substitute into a shallow bowl. Follow directions on Fresh Take package. Dip chicken into egg then roll in bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until juices run clear.
