  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
  2. Slice tenderloin into 11/2 inch slices.
  3. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops,do not crowd. Brown on each side, in batches.
  4. Put browned chops in large baking dish.
  5. Combine ketchup and cola, whisking cola in slowly as it will foam up.
  6. Pour cola ketchup mixture over pork chops in dish. Season with pepper.
  7. Cover dish with foil.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
