  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat 5 T. butter in a 2 qt saucepan over med-high heat.
  3. Add flour; cook, stirring, until smooth and golden, about 2 min.
  4. Whisk in cream; bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until thickened (about 10 min).
  5. Remove from heat, add to bowl containing crab, half the panko, pepper, onion, sherry, juice, worcestershire, half the paprika, mustard, Texas Pete, some pepper.
  6. Pour into a heavy casserole dish.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the remaining butter (melted), panko, and paprika.
  8. Sprinkle topping over casserole.
  9. Bake for 20-30 min.
  10. Sprinkle top with parsley, serve hot with toast on the side.
