  1. ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
  2. Cream butter & sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add brandy.
  3. Mix salt & baking powder with the flour and gently incorporate with the wet ingredients. Dough should be soft.
  4. Refrigerate for about one hour for easier handling.
  5. Take about 1 1/2 to 2 tbls. of dough and roll until pencil thin. Shape into and "s" or "8" figure. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
