  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Chop nuts lightly. Mix all grains, nuts and seeds in an XL bowl.
  2. Gently heat oil and syrup/honey together in pan. Pour liquids into grain mixture. Mix thoroughly with wooden spoon.
  3. Pour mixture into 3 glass pans (11x13). Note: Metal trays tend to stick.
  4. Toast for 20 min. Stir. Repeat toasting in 10 min intervals until granola looks adequately toasted. Be sure to stir the granola between toastings.
  5. Add dried fruit & roasted soy nuts when granola is warm, but not hot.
  6. If pre-roasted ingredients are used, don't toast them, put them in with the dried fruit at the end.
