  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2. In a small pan, heat olive oil and then add diced onions and garlic and cook till
  3. translucent. Set aside in small bowl.
  4. 3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, 1/2 cup barbeque sauce, ground Fiber
  5. One, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire Sauce, onion mixture, garlic, salt, pepper and
  6. Italian seasoning. Mix well and form into an 8x10 inch rectangle on wax paper.
  7. 4. Place the prosciutto over the rectangle mixture, and then the cheese over the prosciutto
  8. leaving a half inch all around the rectangle. Roll up jelly-roll style so that you end up
  9. with a rolled loaf about 5x8 inches.
  10. 5. Seal ends and place roll seam side down into a 5x9 inch loaf pan. Mix remaining ½ cup
  11. of barbeque sauce and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce and place on top and sides
  12. of meatloaf.
  13. 6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 65 minutes. Drain excess fat.
