  1. You will need to cook the chicken first, you can either boil it or cook it in the oven. let cool and then tear/shred into bite size pieces. (this can be done the night before to save time)
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine the cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, milk, salsa, and onion. Mix well. Cut the corn tortillas into bite size squares. You can use a greased 13X9 pan or two 8X8 pans (then you can freeze for later!). Layer as follows. corn tortillas, chicken, sauce mixture, cheese and start again. place in oven and cook for 40 minutes
