  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Begin with boiling spaghetti, add pinch of salt/ dash of oil to help keep noodles from sticking.
  3. Brown ground meat with diced onions and green peppers.
  4. When meat is brown and veggies are sauteed, add Cream of mushroom soup, condensed tomato soup, a can of water, and diced garlic.
  5. Place ½ of your cooked spaghetti in bottom of glass dish
  6. Spread ½ of your sauce mix on top of spaghetti
  7. Spread ½ of your cottage cheese on top of spaghetti sauce layer, sprinkle ½ mozzarella cheese on here
  8. Add ½ of your cooked spaghetti to top
  9. Spread ½ of your sauce mix on top of spaghetti
  10. Spread ½ of your cottage cheese on top of spaghetti sauce layer
  11. Top casserole with Mozzarella and sprinkle some parmigiana cheese on top.
  12. Essentially, you are just layering your ingredients, in a lasagna fashion.
  13. After layering, Place in oven for about 30 minutes, or until cheese browns.
