  1. In large pot add chicken breasts, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, carrots, celery, onion and chicken broth.
  2. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down to a simmer once it starts boiling and cover. Let mixture gently simmer covered for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken and garlic. Smash garlic with spoon and add back to pot.
  4. Cut chicken into cubes and add back to the pot.
  5. Add cream of celery and chicken soups and let incorporate for about 10 minutes. Bring back to a boil.
  6. Break apart biscuits and add to boiling mixture and cook for about 15 minutes.
