Boil macaroni according to the directions and drain. Pour hot macaroni into a large mixing bowl. Add margarine, eggs and half of each cheese and stir until thoroughly mixed. Transfer to a 13x9 cake pan (I use the disposable foil kind). Pour the evaporated milk over the top of the macaroni mixture and stir slightly so the milk drops and spreads evenly through the pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
