"Asian inspired, this simple and easy to put together soup is made with common ingredients you find in the grocery store. The Chinese Five Spice adds a wonderful unique flavor and the Sriracha Hot sauce (if used) adds spicey warmth. Leftover chicken can be added if you have it."

  1. Combine chicken stock, cabbage, carrot and Udon noodles in a medium pot. Bring to simmer and cook till veggies are soft and noodles are tender. Add chinese five spice, green peas, green onion and hot sauce and/or soy sauce if using. Let sit 5 minutes.
