  1. Boil the macaroni according to the bag instructions.
  2. In another pot, throw the ginger, green onion and garlic into the chicken broth and let steep for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a pan, saute the spam until golden brown. Remove and let cool down.
  4. Using the same pan, fry up two eggs sunny side up. By using the same pan, you are also getting flavour from the spam bits and oil.
  5. Finally, put cooked macaroni in a bowl, add spam and eggs along with the broth.
  6. Garnish with 1 chopped up green onion, preferably just the green part.
