1. Crush graham crackers and Fiber One cereal until finely crushed. Add sugar and mix well. Fill the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Melt butter and pour evenly over crushed cereal and crackers. Make sure cracker/cereal filling is thoroughly coated and press into the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
2. In mixer, combine all ingredients except cherry pie filling. Blend until fluffy. Add cherry pie filling and stir until evenly mixed and no longer white. Pour on top of crust and spread evenly.
3. Cover and place in freeer for 1 to 2 hours or until set and easy to cut. Top with additional whipped topping if desired.
