  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, mix chicken, ketchup, onion, parsley, worcestershire sauce, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. You may need to add more or less bread crumbds depending on how wet the mixture feels. You want it to be firm but not too firm/dry (You want it to hold together nicely). Press into loaf pan and top with thin layer of ketchup.
  3. Bake for 1 hour and 8 minutes. Let settle 10 minutes before serving.
