Mix all ingredients in a big saucepan. (Add red pepper for a little kick!) Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring periodically. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer over low heat 10-15 min or until piping hot, stirring occasionally. Serve with your favorite pasta.
