Quick and Easy Salmon and Asparagus in Foil

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Cut foil into four 12 inch sheets.
  3. Place one salmon fillet and desired amount of asparagus in the middle of each sheet.
  4. Dab a little butter on the salmon and asparagus and sprinkle desired amount of black pepper. Squeeze some lemon juice on the salmon.
  5. Bring up sides of foil and fold over twice. Seal ends, leaving room for the air inside the pouch to circulate
  6. Place desired number of packets on a cookie sheet and cook in oven for 15-18 minutes
