  1. 1. Bake pie crust at 350 degrees until lightly brown, about 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, whisk together 2 egg yolks, milk, 3/4 cup sugar, and flour over medium heat until it thickens, about 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and peanut butter.
  3. 3. Beat egg whites until fluffy, adding remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
  4. 4. Pour the peanut butter custard into the baked pie crust and top with meringue. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the meringue is lightly browned.
