  1. Heat oil in big pan,add mustard seeds.As they crackle add groundnuts.Fry till they are done.Add green chillies and curry leaves,fry for a minute.Add turmeric powder,fried gram.Mix well and add puffed rice,salt and sugar.Remove from stove,mix well.Let it cool and store in air tight jar.It will stay crisp.
