  1. Mix the first three ingredients and salt&Pepper (if desired), then add the broccoli and mix. Add 1/2 the cheese and mix well. Finally add rice to the mixture. Put mixture in a 8x8 square pan and top with remaining cheese. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 30 min or until golden brown and bubbly.


I am a pretty picky eater and this is one of my favorite recipes. Makes a great side dish or add a protein for a main dish!
