  1. Throw all the ingredients in a slow cooker, and cook on "low" for 5 hours. At the five hour mark, take the chicken out, shred and place it back in the pot. Cook on "low" for 1 more hour.
  2. Enjoy with a bit of shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend), and crispy toasted tortilla strips.
