In a 9x13 pan pour half the bottle of BBQ Sauce across the bottom in a cross hatch fashion (left to right, then top to bottom) Repeat with slightly warmed Honey using about 1/8th of the bottle. Cover this with garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and red pepper as desired. Place brats in single layer of the pan season with garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, red pepper, and this time the dried parsley. Top in a cross hatch pattern with remainder of BBQ Sauce, and about another 1/8-1/4 of the honey in the same fashion. Cover with foil place in over for 15 minutes. About 5 minutes after the brats go in the oven fire up your grill!
The juices from the brats and sauce will be rather liquidy when done so be very careful on removal from oven. At this point everything is cooked through and you could eat it... but we are going to throw it on the hot grill for 3 minutes per side so the honey can carmelize! Basting once or twice with the liquid from the pan which you can then discard or slide the brats back in to soak up more of that yummy goodness. Remove the chicken and Enjoy!!!
