  1. Steam green beans until slightly tender
  2. In medium saucepan, add flour, sugar, onion, and salt to 2 TB melted butter
  3. Gradually add sour cream, cook until mixture thickens.
  4. Add hot, steamed green beans to cream mixture.
  5. Turn into 2 QT casserole dish (to spread out the delicious topping, use shallow dish).
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Mix crushed corn flakes with 2 TB melted butter, sprinkle evenly over cheese.
  8. Bake at 400° until cheese is bubbly and topping is browned (approximately 20 minutes).
