  1. Place contents of one 1-step Angelfood cake mix, one cake mix of your choice (lemon, chocolate, spice, etc) in gallon zip-lock style bag. Knead the bag gently to mix the dry cake mixes. When you're ready for cake: In a large (12-oz or more) greased mug, mix 1/3 cup of the cake mix with 3T water and stir well. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. Or, in a cereal bowl, mix 1/4 cup of cake mix with 2T water. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. Top with toppings of your choice: chocolate syrup, fruit, nuts, whipped cream, etc.
