  1. Remove plastic casing from chorizo, cook according to package directions, set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan melt butter. Add in flour and stir constantly until smooth. Pour in milk and stir until thick. Add in cheese and chorizo and stir until completely mixed up and cheese is melted. Add more milk if mixture is too thick, add more flour if too thin. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
