  1. Boil vegetable broth. Add quinoa and reduce heat to a simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir every few minutes. Cool quinoa. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onions, edamame. In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients together and stir into vegetable mixture. Mix in quinoa. Chill and serve.
