"Spaghetti with a Spanish twist! My fiance asked me on a scale of 1 to 5 how I would rate this dish and I gave it a 6! Very delicious!"

  1. Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning while browning the meat. For a little spice, add garlic powder, minced onion and chili powder.
  2. Cook spaghetti based on directions provided on package. DO NOT over cook corn spaghetti.
  3. Warm enchilada sauce in small sauce pan.
  4. Place half of spaghetti on each plate. Top with beef mixture then enchilada sauce. Add 1/4 cup shredded cheese to each plate. Top off with 2 tbsp sour cream and 1 ounce salsa.
  5. Enjoy!
