  1. Preheat griddle on medium-low heat. Mix together first 5 ingredients with a whisk. Batter should be mostly dry. Add milk while stirring. (You will need a lot of milk). Batter is ready when it is easily stirred and there are no bumps. Add chocolate chips and blueberries.
  2. Place a spoonful of batter on hot griddle. Flip with spatula when lots of bubbles appear. Bake for 2 minutes on other side, then transfer to plate. Let cool a little before serving.
