"This is a take on a classic country noodle casserole dish. This is a staple of traditional ranch cooking and I have of course cranked it up for my Texicajun friends. Carpe Diem and God Bless!"

  1. Add olive oil to the pan and brown the meat with the cajun seasoning. Add & Saute all of the vegetables in with the meat until they are clear. Cook noodles separately and drain. After meat and Veggies are ready, combine Meat & Veggies with Soups, Noodles and Green Olives in a large bowl. Mix Well and pour into casserole dish. Top with Cheese and cook at 350 until it is bubbling and hot in the middle of the pan.
