  1. Take watermelon, and cut it in half.
  2. With a melon baller, scoop out the flesh and place melon balls into the large plastic container.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add vodka and crème de cassis to lemon sugar mixture.
  5. Pour mixture over watermelon.
  6. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Sprinkle with mint before serving.
