Puree thawed raspberries in blender until smooth. Drain, pressing on the solids to yeild 1/4 cup. Whisk raspberry puree, vinegar, honey, and sugar in a bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Salt & pepper to taste, and refridgerate for at least one hour.
For the salad:
Place greens in a large bowl and drizzle with 1/2 cup dressing. Toss to coat. Divide the greens onto four salad plates, and top with goat cheese, pistachios, and berries. Serve remaining dressing on the side.
