Greek hamburgers

"I was craving some Greek food one night, but was also interested in a cheeseburger. I had some Mediterranean-esque ingredients in my fridge, and just had it. Thankfully, the burgers came out AMAZING! Every person that has had the burgers though they were amazing, too. Enjoy!"

  1. 1) Combine meat, cheeses, oregano, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. 2) Mix with hands until well combined. Form meat patties.
  3. 3) Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  4. 4) Preheat frying pan for two minutes on medium heat. Cook burgers on first side until brown.
  5. 5) Cover pan with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6) Serve with yogurt sauce, toasted hamburger buns, lettuce and tomato.
