  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. heat oil in a skillet, add spinach and saute until it wilts. set aside. Lightly beat the eggs, add flour 1 Tbsp. at a time. add remaining ingredients and mix in prepared spinach. place mix in a pie plate that has been prep with cooking spray. cook for 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 min till souffle is ready
