  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 5 minutes to dissolve sugar completely.
  2. Once sugar is dissloved, add pears, reduce heat to low, and simmer for ½ hour. Refrigerate in the juice over night so color seeps into the pears.
  3. Once done simmering, remove from heat, and carefully place pears and juice into a plastic storage container.
  4. Place container into refrigerator and refrigerate over night so the color seeps into the pears.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
  6. Place sour cream mixture into condiment squirt bottle.
  7. To serve, drizzle cream sauce on plate, and then place pear on top of mixture.
