In large crock-pot place whole chicken breasts in bottom. Pour beans and corn over top. In a separate bowl whisk broth, soup chilies and remaining spices together. Pour into crock-pot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low 8-12 hours. Prior to serving, break apart chicken with spatula or long handle spoon (will easily break apart). Stir in sour cream. Serve with optional condiments of crushed tortillas, cheddar or montery jack chees, chopped green onions, or any other you may enjoy.
